How to open a FF account

Go to the Sign Up page and complete the Information and Agreementapplication form.
(Please fill out all the required fields accurately to ensure there is no delay in processing)

An email will be sent out once approval is completed.

How to Add Funds

Clients can submit Deposit requests easily and quickly by going to the Member Central page after logging in and selecting the account funds should be added to. This action automatically forwards you to the Account Central page. Selecting the Add Funds button on the Account Central page takes you to the Add Funds page where a deposit request can be submitted.

US Bank Draft/Managers Check are required for deposits,

along with proof of source of funds if at or above US$40,000.00

(Please note that the completed form, US Bank/Managers Check and source of funds (if applicable) must all be received before any funds can be processed).

Members will be able to view the transaction on-line and monitor its progress.

Members should note that funds normally take 3 additional working days from the date the transaction becomes Active before being entered in to trade.

How to Withdraw Funds

Withdrawal Requests can be submitted by going to the Member Central page and selecting the account funds should be taken from. This action automatically forwards you to the Account Central page. Selecting the Withdraw Funds button on the Account Central page takes you to the Withdraw Funds page where a withdrawal request can be submitted.

FF will verify withdrawal request and confirm account information with Member seeking to withdraw funds.

Like Deposits, Clients will be able to view the transaction on-line and monitor its progress.

Activity Report

Activity reports will reflect real-time transactional activity since the last statement. Once logged in you will be able to view your Activity Report by going to the Member Central page and selecting the desired account. This action automatically forwards you to the Account Central page. Then select the Activity Report button to view your latest activities since the last statement.

Activity reports will include:

  • Line by line transactions
  • Summary total of transactions

Statements

Statements will be provided for the current and 2 previous reporting months. To view your statements, log in and from the Member Central page, select the desired account. This action automatically takes you to the Account Central page. Select the Statements button to see the most current statement. To view previous statements click on the desired month (e.g. January 2007) located on the folder tab.

Statements will include

  • Beginning Balance
  • Activity for the month
  • Ending Balance
  • Forecasts (based on ending balance and avg rate of return)
